Soya Kababs Starters

Soyabean is high in fiber, high in protein and low in saturated fats. A good source of Omega 3 fatty acids, a source of anti-oxidants. The recipe is very easy and with very less ingredients. Always keep the ingredients in hand before cooking. It will not take much time then. 
Ingredients:
  • Take soya chunks 1 cup
  • 2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • salt as per your taste
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 3-4 tablespoon chic pea flour (Besan) 
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 fresh cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 3-4 pods of garlic

Method:
  • Heat some water in a saucepan and soak the soya chunks in it for 5-10 minutes. Then remove the chunks after pressing all the water in it and keep aside.
  • Grind the onions, coriander, ginger, garlic and soya chunks together into a fine paste.
  • Add chick pea flour (besan) and other dry masalas in it and mix it well to form a consistent dough
  • Now with the help of scewer if you have at home make the kababs. If you don't have scewer then you can take a pencil and wash it nicely and from the back side you can make kababs and fry it on medium flame throughout once the oil is hot.
Fry the kababs on slow flame of gas till it becomes golden brown serve it with sauce or mint chutney and your Yummy Soya Seekh Kababs are ready to serve. Bring out that amazing cook within you. Amaze yourself and those around you.
