Aloo Paratha

Aloo Paratha 

The all time favourite Aloo Paratha recipe in a simple way. This Aloo Paratha  recipe I learned from my mother which is very simple to make and tastes yummy.


Ingredients of the Aloo Paratha Recipe





3-4 boilded potatoes
1 medium sized onion finely chopped
2-3 green chillies finely chopped
coriander finely chopped
2 teaspoon red chillie powder
1 teaspoon salt as per your taste 
1 teaspoon aamchur powder (dry mango powder)
Wheat dough

Method

Mix all the ingredients. This will be stuffing for your Aloo Parathas. Take a lilltle dough and roll it like a chappati and fill the mixture in it and fold it again and then make parathas.
Frying Aloo Parathas on a tawa / flat pan

Now take little dough stuff  the Aloo mixture and make parathas and put it on a flat frying pan or tawa to cook. Put little oil and cook on both sides.
