Chicken Sausages Recipe with Rice

1 packet sausages whichever you want to take
2 medium sized potatoes
Green peas 1/2 cup
2 medium sized onions
Coriander 1/2 cup
3 to 4 garlic pods
3-4 green chillies

Method :

Cook the rice with one teaspoon oil, cumin seeds / jeera in the cooker and keep aside.

Take a pan or kadai and shallow fry the sausages and keep aside. Likewise shallow fry the potatoes  which you have to cut in cubes till brown. Lastly shallow fry the peas for a minute. Drain the water of peas and keep aside beforehand otherwise it will splutter. Remove and keep aside.

Now fry the onions till golden brown add chillies, garlic, add salt and red chillie powder, stir well and now add all the fried items kept aside and rice also. Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes, garnish with coriander and serve the tasty fried rice.

You can do this with paneer too.
