Recipe for Chicken Stew for dinner

Ingredients :

500 gms chicken
2 medium sized onions
2 green chillies, 1 red chillie (whole)
2 medium sized tomatoes
2 medium sized potatoes ( cut it in diced shape)
200 ml coconut milk

Marination of chicken

Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper for 30 minutes.

Method :

In a pan or kadai put 3 tablespoon oil put onions and then saute it till translucent. Then add green and red chillies fry for 1 minute. Now put 2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add chicken pieces which was marinated with salt and pepper and fry for 5 minutes on low flame. Add the diced potatoes and tomatoes add salt and cover and cook for 3 minutes.

Put coconut milk bring it to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1/4 teaspoon pepper and coriander leaves and your delicious chicken stew is ready. Serve it with appam it will taste yummy.
