Mint Chutney

Mint Chutney Recipe

Mint chutney is made up of coriander leaves, mint leaves and other spices. Usually we have it with Indian snacks, sandwiches and chats. It has all the tastes like sweet, sour, tangy in it. My version of mint chutney is very simple since I use very little ingredients in my cooking with less masalas.
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1.Green Chillies 2
2.One small onion
3.One small tomato
4. Aamchur powder 1 teaspoon ( Dry Mango powder)
5.Jaggerry 2 small pieces
6. Ginger 1/2 inch
7. Garlic 2 pods
8.Coriander one bunch
9. 10 mint leaves
10. Salt as per your taste.
These are the ingredients for the Mint Chutney. You have to put it in a mixer jar and grind it all without water since there is already one tomato in it which has lots of water.
After the grinding you will see the chutney like this.
And your yummy mint chutney is ready. You can have it with any snacks and sandwiches too.
